Multiple outdoor settings across 350 acres, plus indoor backup if the weather turns. Wide-open views just outside Watkins.

Reception Arena

Our large arena with vaulted ceilings is the reception space. Sand-base floor is laser graded, packed, and rolled smooth - included in the venue price.

Extras & Partners

Photo Opportunities

  • 30-minute session with two farm horses for bride & groom - $100

  • BYOH - Bring Your Own Horse Private paddock boarding with full care for the day or weekend

  • Equipment Photos - Any equipment we have on our farm can be used in pictures per request

  • Full access to any barns/outbuildings on property, as well as anywhere on our 350+ acres.

Comfort & Help

  • Two bathrooms in the arena. For larger weddings we recommend Nelsons mobile restrooms — basics through luxury trailers. Happy to help line them up.

  • Hotels near by - Riverside Inn, Cold Spring (14 min); Paynesville Inn, Paynesville (25 min); Multiple Locations, St. Cloud/Waite Park (30 min)

  • There is also camping allowed on our property upon request. Charge is $50/camper and will need to know how many 2 days before wedding.

  • Extra hands for setup & tear-down: $200 / hour for heavy lifting or assistance.

Food & Drink

  • Excellent catering amenities in the arena. We recommend Keeks, a local family-owned restaurant & catering in Watkins.

  • Brinky’s Liquor does a fabulous job supplying alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Located just 20 min from the farm, we defiantly recommend them.

  • We have a concession area in arena available for use

  • DJ/Entertainment is to be found by the couple.
